Trend: Strappy Ankle Heels

You may have noticed all of the department stores selling them.  You may have noticed all of the celebrities rocking them.  They are sexy, fun, and they come in all different colors/designs.  If you don’t know, I am talking about this season’s hottest trend which is strappy ankle heels!   They will compliment any outfit you wear.  It’s definitely time to stock up on strappy ankle heels, for your wardrobe.   Below are some of my recent purchases for all under $100.

I love the silver cap toe in the front and it has thick ankle straps.  Thick ankle straps will make your ankles look smaller.

 

So, set aside the chunky and platform heel for now and put your best foot forward in these sexy strappy heels!

Trend: Leather Jackets

The leather jacket has quickly become a year-round staple piece. They come in all different styles and colors. Most importantly, it is an easy to wear trend that adds a finishing touch to your outfit. The leather jacket works with everything from skinny jeans to floral dresses. Trend: Neon Green

I am loving this neon trend.  I especially love the neon green color.  It's fun and playful.  I also feel that when you wear a bright color, you are just a happier person.  Here is an outfit I pair together.

Here is a neon green bag I just purchased from Target. I am so glad I waited because I got it for only $7.48.

Trend: Print on Print

Hi all!  Here is my take on the print on print trend.  I love this trend because I love mixing prints together.  I think the key to this trend is to make sure that you can blend them together. Make sure to take risks and have fun with it! I have a upcoming DIY post that will be up this weekend! :) 

Trend: Colorblocking

 

 Forever 21 blouse and pants, Dolce Vita Wedges, Modcloth accessories

Spring is finally here!  Colorblocking is a trend that I love.  It's not hard to put together, but if you want to be on the safe side, then just stick to only 2 or 3 colors.  I also love wearing pastel colors together.  Here I pair a peach blouse with mint green pants.  I decided to wear nude wedges to help balance it out.  I put these pictures together for my instagram account. Trend: Floral Print

I love the floral print trend!  You see it on basically anything from clothing, shoes, and even nails =)  I love it so much that I can't stop purchasing it.  I always come out of the store with something floral related.  I am going to have to show you all my floral print collection soon.  In the picture above, I'm wearing one of my recent floral print purchases.  I was looking for a dress that was cute and affordable.  I found this dress on ebay for only $25.  I was a little hesitant to purchase it at first but I am so glad I did.  The quality is better than I expected and the floral print is GORGEOUS!  I have been receiving compliments all day!  I am going to post the link below so that anyone interested can purchase it too.  =)

Trend: Stripes

Vintage Stripe Blouse, Urban Outfitters Red Scallop Shorts, Michael Kors Watch,

There are a lot of trends going on right now.  One of them is Stripes.  To go with my previous post, I bought this stripe blouse for only  $1.50 at the thrift store. You can pair this blouse with a lot of things.  So before you spend tons of money on a stripe blouse at a brand name store, check out your local thrift store :) These pictures were taken for my instagram account.
